Valeriano Cortázar is from Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid).

He began his painting in 1974. In those years he began his career by impressionist acrylic and oil paintings in which he offers his interpretation of reality that never express what it is, but as it feels.
Self-taught, used as a learning experiment, this will to express their feelings freely, away from external influences, capturing in his paintings of nature seen by your imagination.





Exhibitions:





Began exhibiting in 1980, his first solo exhibition at the CC La Cañada.
In January 1996, out in DC The Jaramilla. In November of that same year he exhibited in Madrid, in the Hall of Culture of Caja Navarra is located in Juan Bravo, 3.
In June 1998, exhibits his work at the Egyptian Institute for Islamic Studies in Madrid.
